From NYC to Paris to Montclair, NJ to DC to London to Arizona and beyond, I have handed out over 80,000 glass hearts to people I meet in my everyday life.
Each day as I leave the house, I take (at least) one handful of hearts. I set my intention to look for ways to be kind. I used to say it was my trademark. I am now calling it my "kindmark".
Why not think about what your daily kindmark can be. It may be as simple as saying hello to a few people on the street or paying someone an unexpected compliment. Think about it, you could make someone's day by a simple action.
